I want to get visa for Umrah and Hajj visa in Saudi Arabia, what do I need to consider?

As soon as you book a trip with us, we take over the complete processing of your visa procurement. For this we request important documents and papers from you and take care of your visa for your pilgrimage.

How long does it take to obtain a visa? Can I expedite the visa issuance? 

You will receive a visa within 2 to 3 weeks if all documents are complete. And the visa is approved by the embassy. If you want to speed up the exhibition, we can offer you express processing at an additional cost, please contact us.

I have UK citizenship, do I still need a visa? Which countries need a visa for Saudi Arabia? 

All countries, including UK citizens, need a visa for Saudi Arabia.

Can a person living outside of UK apply for a visa through us? Who gets a visa? 

We have provided in the Required Documents for Visa section which people are eligible to get a visa. You can find the requirements for a visa here. Basically, non-EU citizens are not entitled to a visa in UK.

My parents are also on Hajj or Umrah, can I spend time with them or leave the group?

You can also spend time there alone or with your relatives. However, the passports must remain with the Hajj Ministry until the return flight. So you are not completely flexible or mobile. As soon as we change cities, you will have to travel with us.

Are the costs for the vaccination covered by health insurance?

Some health insurance companies cover the costs of the vaccination. Please contact your health insurance company for this.

Does my child absolutely need a meningitis vaccination?

If the child is under 1 year old, no vaccination is necessary. In addition, meningitis vaccination is not required for children from the age of 1 year if the child's state of health is not suitable for vaccination.  A confirmation from your pediatrician is sufficient for this.

I have already been vaccinated against meningitis, do I need to be vaccinated again?

Your vaccination must be valid for at least 3 years after the departure date. Otherwise you will have to be vaccinated again.

We are married but do not have a government marriage certificate for a visa?

Islamically married couples can also have a marriage certificate issued by a mosque or an Islamic institute in the form of a written confirmation. Matching surnames do not require a marriage certificate.

Which airlines do you Fly with?

We manly fly with Saudi Airlines and Turkish Airlines as we are official members of these companies

I have no means of transport to the airport, what can I do instead?

If we fly with Saudi Airlines, there is a possibility that you can take the express train to and from the airport

How many kg of luggage can I bring with me?

With Saud Airlines you can take up to 46 kg of luggage and 8 kg of hand luggage. With Turkish Airlines it is 30 kg and 8 kg hand luggage. On the return flights, you are allowed to take an additional 5 liters of Zamzam water per person with you on both airlines.

When do we get our tickets after booking?

Since the tickets are e-tickets, you don't have to worry about this. Only the passport is sufficient We will still email you your ticket details

Can I pray on the plane?

Yes, you can pray while seated on the plane. However, before boarding the plane, we recommend that you refresh your ablutions. Furthermore, you should perform your prayers peacefully and quietly so that no other person feels disturbed

Can I fly directly to my own home country on the ratan Flight and can I Fly back sooner or later?

For Umrah you may be able to fly to your own country of choice for the return flight, but for hajj you have to fly back to UK On the outward fight, we absolutely must fly together with the group. However, it is possible to leave earlier on the return flight A later departure than the planned return flight date is not allowed For more details please contact us

What happens if my luggage is lost at the airport?

If you can no longer find your luggage, you must immediately report the loss to the registration office yourself. Since lost luggage involves personal belongings, we are not allowed to provide you with any assistance.

Which hotels are included in your travel package, can I arrange my own accommodation?

We have been working with reliable hotel providers for years, so you don't have to worry about this Our selected hotels are very clean and recommendable. At Umrah you can also organize your own hotels unfortunately, this option is not available for hajj, you must stay with the group

Are there hygiene products such as shampoo, soap and towels in the hotel?

Yes, you don't have to take anything with you. Sensitive people, such as allergy sufferers, can take their own hygiene items with them.

Is there a cleaning service in the hotel?

Yes, housekeeping is available upon request However, there is an obligation that there is supervision during the cleaning work

Does each roommate receive a key or card?

No, you only get one card per room and you always have to hand it in at reception. Whoever comes first gets the card and can enter the room. The last person leave the room hands the card back to reception

What food is offered there as I pay close attention to it?

We'll get you the food from local Turkish chefs.

How are the rooms divided who do I get into the room with?

Men and sisters are given separate rooms. Then you choose the type of room, one, two, three and four-bed rooms. Which person comes into the room with which other person depends on factors such as language, nationality and wishes of the person concerned.

When does the umrah season start and end?

After Ramadan, the umrah season ends and one month after the Haft, the Umrah season begins

How many times is Umrah allowed. do in a year?

You are allowed to make Umrah several times a year if you meet the conditions for doing so

Is it better to do Umrah before going to Hajj?

Hajj travel is preferable to Umrah travel. If this is not possible for  various reasons, such as financial or time constraint, an Umrah journey can also be started For every devout Muslim, a Hajj journey is obligatory once in a lifetime and should therefore be preferred to the Umrah journey.
